Trading in the financial markets involves a high risk of loss. Before making any decision, make sure you understand the risks described below and only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
1. Risk of capital loss
Trading foreign exchange (forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), cryptocurrencies, commodities, indices and stocks can result in the loss of part or all of the capital invested. In some products and jurisdictions losses can exceed the initial deposit.
2. Leverage
Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. A small market move against you can cause rapid, large losses and the forced closure of your positions.
3. Volatility, liquidity and price gaps
Prices can move violently on news, macroeconomic data or unexpected events. Price gaps, slippage, wide spreads and lack of liquidity can occur and prevent orders from being executed at the desired price, including stop loss orders.
4. Cryptocurrencies
Cryptocurrencies are especially volatile, may be lightly regulated and are exposed to technological, custody and fraud risks. Their value can fall to zero.
5. Limitations of artificial intelligence
AIM’s analyses are generated automatically and may contain errors, incorrect interpretations of a chart or outdated data. Flow, liquidity or “order block” indicators are estimates, not confirmed institutional information. No model can predict the market with certainty.
6. Automated trading and Expert Advisors
- An EA may contain logic errors or behave differently depending on the broker, the account type, latency or market conditions.
- Backtesting results may be over-optimized and not reflect real performance.
- Connection, terminal or server failures may prevent the EA from managing your positions.
- Always test any EA in the Strategy Tester and on a demo account, and supervise it when it trades live.
7. Past performance
Past, simulated or hypothetical results neither guarantee nor indicate future results.
8. Personal responsibility
AIMPATFX is not a broker or a registered investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for assessing whether trading is suitable for your financial situation, your knowledge and your risk tolerance. If in doubt, seek advice from an independent professional authorized in your country.
