AIM and the analyses
What is AIMPATFX?+
AIMPATFX is an AI-powered market analysis platform. Its advisor, AIM, analyzes charts and any instrument (forex, gold, indices, cryptocurrencies or stocks) with live market data, news and the economic calendar, and helps you automate your strategies by building Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5.
Does AIM tell me when to buy or sell?+
AIM offers technical and fundamental analysis for educational and informational purposes: scenarios, key levels, invalidations and risks. It is not personalized financial advice and it does not execute trades: the final decision is always yours.
Where does the market data come from?+
From our own market data infrastructure, which updates prices and technical indicators every 2 minutes for the most traded instruments and extends coverage to more than 1,700 instruments based on what our users ask for, plus financial news and the economic calendar. As in OTC markets, prices may vary slightly between platforms.
Which markets can I analyze?+
Currency pairs (forex), gold, silver and other commodities, stock indices such as the Nasdaq 100 or the S&P 500, cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, and stocks. You can ask about the instrument or send a screenshot of your TradingView or MetaTrader chart.
Do I need experience to use it?+
No. AIM adapts its explanations to your level: if you are starting out, it explains the concepts; if you already trade, it goes straight to levels, confluences and risk management.
Which AIM version should I choose?+
AIM Flash for quick questions, AIM Pro for daily analysis (recommended), AIM Ultra for complex scenarios and AIM Apex, our most powerful version, for your most important decisions. All are available to every user and you can switch at any time.
Credits and payments
What are credits and how much does each answer cost?+
You pay for what each answer uses, just like on professional AI platforms: a quick question with AIM Flash uses a few credits and a deep analysis with AIM Apex uses more. With 10,000 credits (10 USD) you get, for example, about 120 AIM Pro answers or more than 300 AIM Flash answers. There is no subscription and purchased credits never expire.
How do I pay?+
With a credit or debit card (PayPhone) or with Binance Pay (USDT and other cryptocurrencies). Credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
I paid and I can’t see my credits. What should I do?+
Payments are confirmed automatically within a few minutes. If after 15 minutes you can’t see the credits in Account > Activity, write to us using the form on this page with the payment date and we’ll look into it.
Can I request a refund?+
See the payments and refunds policy. If you have a problem with a payment, write to us and we’ll review it with you.
EA Studio
What is the EA Studio?+
A section to automate your strategy: you design the plan with AIM and, when it is ready, AIM codes an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, compiles it and delivers it as .mq5 and .ex5. It unlocks with any top-up and is charged by usage (a complete EA usually costs between 1,700 and 6,300 credits).
Do the EAs work on MetaTrader 4?+
Expert Advisors are generated in MQL5 for MetaTrader 5, the platform most brokers offer today. You can test them in the Strategy Tester before using them.
Account, app and privacy
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes. From www.aimpatfx.com/app you can install it for free on Android, iPhone or your computer in one tap, without app stores. It updates itself and uses the same account as the website.
Are my conversations private?+
Yes. Each conversation is isolated at database level and only you can read it. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
How do I change my password or email?+
From Account > Security. If you signed in with Google, your password is managed by Google.
How long does it take to answer my message?+
We reply by email, usually within 24 hours. You’ll receive an acknowledgment with the reference number as soon as you write to us.
