Payments and refunds

This translation is provided for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

AIMPATFX does not charge subscriptions: you only pay when you top up credits. This policy explains how payments are processed and when you can request a refund.

1. Credit packs

  • Packs, their prices in USD and the credits they include are shown in “Your account → Top up credits”.
  • Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active.
  • Any purchase unlocks the paid level (EA Studio).

2. Payment methods

  • Binance Pay: payment with USDT or other cryptocurrencies from your Binance account.
  • Credit or debit card (PayPhone): payment with Visa, Mastercard and other cards on PayPhone’s secure page.

Payments are made on each gateway’s secure pages. AIMPATFX does not receive or store your card or wallet details.

3. Crediting

Credits are added as soon as the gateway confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If you close the page early, our system keeps checking the status and adds the credits automatically once confirmed. You can see each purchase in “Your account → Activity”.

4. Usage-based charging and service failures

Each answer is charged according to its actual usage and the AIM version chosen. If an AIM answer or an EA build fails for reasons attributable to our service, you are not charged. If an EA still does not compile after the automatic fixing, only half of its usage is charged.

5. Refund requests

  • Unused packs: you can request a refund of a pack whose credits you have not used within three (3) days of purchase, in accordance with Ecuadorian consumer protection law.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors: refunded in full as soon as we verify them.
  • Credits already used are not refundable, except in the case of an error attributable to AIMPATFX.

To request one, write to soporte@aimpatfx.com from your account’s email stating the date and amount of the purchase. We will respond within a maximum of 5 business days.

6. How the money is returned

Refunds are made through the same payment method used. For cryptocurrency payments, the USD amount of the purchase is returned in USDT to the original Binance account; network or third-party fees may not be recoverable. When a pack is refunded, the corresponding credits are deducted from your balance.

7. Chargebacks and fraud

If we detect fraudulent use of payment methods or an improper chargeback, we may suspend the account and withdraw the associated credits while we investigate.
