• Account data: name, email address, time zone, language and sign-in method (email and password, or Google). Passwords are stored encrypted using hash functions; we never know them in plain text.
• Content you send: messages, chart screenshots, voice note transcriptions, strategy plans and Expert Advisor code. Voice note audio is transcribed and not kept.
• Usage and credit data: credit movements, purchases, folders, answer ratings and technical logs (date, IP address and device data) needed for security and operation.
• Payment data: amount, pack, status and transaction reference. Card or wallet data is handled directly by the payment gateways; AIMPATFX does not receive or store it.

• Providing the service (creating your account, generating analyses and EAs, managing credits and payments): performance of the contract.
• Security and fraud prevention (usage limits, abuse detection, technical logs): legitimate interest.
• Quality improvement (review of negatively rated answers and aggregated usage metrics): legitimate interest, with restricted access.
• Service communications (welcome, email confirmation, notices about your account or legal changes): performance of the contract.
• Legal obligations (accounting, invoicing and requests from authorities): compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

To generate answers, the content of your queries is processed by artificial intelligence model providers acting as data processors, under contracts that prevent them from using your data to train their models or for their own purposes. Answers are generated automatically and have no legal effects on you: you always decide what to do with them.

Only with providers needed to deliver the service, acting as data processors:

• Hosting, database, authentication and cloud storage.
• Artificial intelligence processing and voice transcription.
• Sending transactional emails.
• Payment gateways (Binance Pay and PayPhone), which process payment data under their own policies.
• Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation.

Some providers host data outside Ecuador (for example, in the United States). In those cases we require adequate protection safeguards, such as contractual clauses and security measures equivalent to those required by Ecuadorian law.

• Account data and content are kept while the account is active. If you delete a conversation, an EA or your account, they are erased from our active systems.
• Payment and invoicing records are kept for the period required by tax regulations.
• Technical security logs are kept for a maximum of twelve (12) months.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification and updating, erasure, objection, portability, restriction of processing and not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated assessments. Many can be exercised directly in “Your account” (editing your data or deleting the account); for the rest, write to soporte@aimpatfx.com from your account’s email. We will respond within the period set by law (15 days).

If you believe we have not handled your request correctly, you may file a complaint with Ecuador’s Superintendence of Personal Data Protection.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), isolation of each user’s data at database level, protected session cookies, least-privilege access control and separate storage of keys and secrets. No system is invulnerable; if we detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

The service is intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
