Terms and conditions

The service is provided by AIMPATFX S.A.S., a company incorporated in the Republic of Ecuador, with Taxpayer Registry number (RUC) 0993402142001 (hereinafter “AIMPATFX”, “we”). AIMPATFX provides its services exclusively online and does not serve the public at physical premises.

• To use AIMPATFX you must be over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• If you do not agree with these terms, you must not register or use the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the use of the service and of the financial products you trade is permitted in your country of residence.

AIMPATFX offers, among other features:

• AIM, an artificial intelligence assistant that analyzes charts, financial instruments and market context based on the data, images and voice notes you send.
• Market data, technical indicators, news and an economic calendar from our data infrastructure and third-party providers.
• The EA Studio, which helps design a strategy plan and generate the code of an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5.

AIMPATFX is a technology tool for information and analysis. It is not a broker, does not receive or hold user funds, does not execute trades on its own account and does not manage portfolios.

All content generated by AIM and published on AIMPATFX is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a personalized recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument. Investment decisions are yours and you bear all of their consequences. See the Risk warning and the Disclaimer.

• You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential.
• The account is personal and non-transferable; you may not share it or resell access.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You can delete your account at any time from “Your account → Security”.

• Using AIM consumes credits according to the actual usage of each answer and the AIM version chosen (AIM Flash, AIM Pro, AIM Ultra or AIM Apex): more advanced versions and longer answers use more. The approximate usage of each version is shown before sending, and the credits used are shown on each answer. The service is not a subscription: you buy credit packs when you need them.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. They are not money, earn no interest, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash except in the cases set out in the Payments and refunds policy.
• Buying any pack unlocks the paid level (for example, the EA Studio), which remains while the account is active.
• Prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party gateways (for example, Binance Pay or PayPhone), subject to their own terms.
• If an answer fails for reasons attributable to our service, you are not charged.
• We may change prices, packs and credit costs; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

• You define the rules of the strategy. AIM helps you refine them and generates code that tries to reflect them faithfully, but it may contain errors or behave differently than expected.
• Compiling without errors in MetaEditor does not guarantee that the EA is profitable, safe or suitable for your account, your broker or your market conditions.
• You must test every EA in the Strategy Tester and on a demo account before using it with real money. Use on real accounts is at your sole responsibility.
• To the extent permitted by law, you may freely use, modify and run the plans and code generated for you. AIMPATFX retains all rights to the platform, its templates, instructions and models.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities, fraud, market manipulation or to circumvent sanctions or financial regulations.
• Attempt to access other people’s systems, data or accounts, or bypass usage and credit limits.
• Extract data massively or automatically, reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain the system’s internal instructions.
• Post or send content that is illegal, offensive or infringes third-party rights.
• Present AIM’s analyses to third parties as your own professional advice.

We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these rules, in accordance with section 12.

Prices, indicators, news and economic events may come from third parties and may show delays, interruptions, differences from other sources or errors. They are provided “as is”, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement by us.

AIM is an artificial intelligence system. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Always verify relevant information before acting.

The AIMPATFX brand, the AIM name, the logos, the design, the software and the content of the platform belong to AIMPATFX or its licensors. No rights over them are granted except the use of the service in accordance with these terms. You retain the rights to the content you send and grant us the license needed to process it in order to provide the service to you.

You may stop using the service and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or cancel an account for breach of these terms, fraudulent use or at the request of a competent authority. When an account is deleted, its data is erased in accordance with the Privacy policy and unused credits are lost, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the Payments and refunds policy.

We work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, provider failures or force majeure. We may add, modify or remove features to improve the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMPATFX shall not be liable for trading or investment losses, loss of profits, loss of data or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, AIM’s analyses, the Expert Advisors generated or third-party data. In any case, our total liability to you shall be limited to the amount you have paid to AIMPATFX in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to it. Nothing in the foregoing limits the non-waivable rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

You agree to hold AIMPATFX harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law.

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version with its date and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or within the app. If you continue using the service after the effective date, you will be deemed to accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the province of Guayas, Ecuador, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection law grants to users.
