You can request account deletion from the app or our website. This page remains available even if you no longer have the app installed.
From the app or website
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Your account, go to Security and select Delete account.
- Read the information and confirm deletion. If you enabled two-step verification, verify your session.
If you cannot sign in
Email soporte@aimpatfx.com from your registered email address using that subject. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder. Do not send your password or verification codes.

Data and consequences
Deletion closes your access and removes linked account data and content through the platform’s deletion process. Before confirming, export any files you wish to keep. This action is irreversible.
Documents we must retain for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations are subject to the retention periods in our privacy policy. Deleting your account does not automatically initiate a refund.
